About
Most finance transformation programs are not limited by technology.
They are limited by how decisions are made.
My work focuses on SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting and consolidation design — specifically where data models, ownership structures, and system behavior intersect.
This perspective comes from working across multiple generations of SAP consolidation solutions, including SEM-BCS, BPC, and S/4HANA Group Reporting. While the technology has evolved, the underlying structural challenges have remained consistent.
Across implementations, the same patterns emerge:
critical design decisions made too late
ownership unclear or fragmented
systems configured before structure is defined
These are not technical issues. They are structural.
I am brought in when these patterns begin to surface — when consolidation models no longer hold under pressure, and rework begins to compound.
The role is not to add delivery capacity.
It is to re-establish clarity at the decision layer.
